Applications

One platform. Four outputs.

Our containerized parabolic trough systems deliver 150–250°C process heat, desalination, hot water, and cooking. The same platform serves all four — configured to your project.

Process Heat — 150–250°C

Thermal oil or glycol at 150–250°C. Closed loop. No pressure. Routed through a heat exchanger to your process.

No fuel. No emissions. No grid connection.

Applications:

  • Food processing
  • Drying and dehydration
  • Sterilization
  • Pasteurization
  • Industrial washing
  • Chemical preheating
  • Textile dyeing and drying
  • Greenhouse heating

Ideal for:

  • Food and beverage industry
  • Agriculture and greenhouses
  • Mining and minerals
  • Manufacturing
  • Chemical and pharmaceutical

Requires: closed loop, expansion tank, circulation pump, heat exchanger.

Desalination

Fresh water from seawater or brackish water.

Parabolic trough systems concentrate sunlight to heat water to 100–120°C. The water evaporates, leaving salt and impurities behind. The steam condenses into pure fresh water.

No membranes. No filters. No chemicals. No grid connection.

Works with:

  • Seawater
  • Brackish water
  • Well water
  • River water
  • Contaminated water

Removes:

  • Salt
  • Bacteria
  • Viruses
  • Chemicals
  • Heavy metals
  • Microplastics

Ideal for:

  • Coastal communities
  • Islands
  • Remote industry
  • Municipal water supply

Hot Water — 96–120°C

For washing, cleaning, and sanitation.

The same parabolic trough platform heats water for domestic and community use. Hot water at 96–120°C — all from sunlight.

Delivers:

  • Hot water at 96–120°C
  • Storage tank
  • Gravity or pump circulation

Ideal for:

  • Households
  • Schools
  • Clinics
  • Community centers
  • Eco-resorts

Cooking — Multiple Pots in a Row

Boil, steam, bake, and roast. Multiple pots in a row. No constant tracking. No fuel. No electricity.

Remove the receiver tube and place a pot frame along the focal line. Place pots in a row. The concentrated sunlight heats the pots.

3–4 pots in a row. Start with one. Add as you grow.

Ideal for:

  • Households
  • Small eateries
  • Schools
  • Community kitchens
  • Coastal villages

Note: Frying is not recommended. Solar heat is variable, and frying requires constant, high heat.

One Platform. Four Outputs.

Every VenParabolic system is built on the same parabolic trough platform. The difference is configuration:

  • Process Heat — receiver, closed loop, expansion tank, circulation pump, heat exchanger
  • Desalination — receiver, condenser, storage
  • Hot Water — receiver, storage, circulation
  • Cooking — pot frame at the focal line

You choose the output. We configure the system.

How We Ship It

Containerized. Turnkey. Ready to deploy.

Every system ships in a 20 ft or 40 ft open-frame container, or on a skid for small units. Pre-fabricated pipes.

You unload, connect the tubes, and operate.

No site construction. No welding. No concrete. No specialist labor.

How It Works

Community and Mission Programs

We work with NGOs, churches, and non-profit organizations to bring clean water, cooking, and hot water to communities in need.

We offer:

  • Discounted pricing for verified non-profits
  • Training for local assembly and maintenance
  • Support for local manufacturing where possible
  • Pilot project partnerships
